Quality Assurance
CSOFT uses a combination of the LISA Model and our own QA procedures, developed through years of experience in the localization industry, to ensure quality for all components in a localized product including functionality, documentation, engineering, formatting, and linguistic issues. Using well defined quality metrics and procedures, CSOFT is able to consistently provide our clients with reliable and quality localization.

At CSOFT, Quality Assurance is an integral part of every step in the localization cycle from project evaluation and planning to project execution and final delivery. We use professionally trained teams in each functional group: translation, engineering, and DTP to ensure that all tasks are performed using the highest standards. Regularly conducted internal training sessions and seminars also allow our staff to share project experiences and tips in order to constantly improve our processes for future projects.
